Last Days of Summer

I'm updating this while suffering of a bad dose of the shniffles I managed to catch somewhere between Sierra Nevada and San Sebastian. We can't believe how cold it is. How long will it take to get used to the lovely Irish climate again I wonder? Anyhow... here are some more snaps from our trip from Seville to the Sierra Nevada, Granada. Amazing roads and windy tracks. We loved it!

Seville

Strange to be updating you about our first big stop in Spain, when we're actually already in France. In my defence, I have been feeling very lazy or should I rather say I've had a writer's block? :)
Seville, what can I say. It's been absolutely wonderful. We have both instantly fallen in love with this beautiful city. So much history, so many fabulous buildings and really friendly people.
Some of our highlights: We finally got to eat our first true Spanish tapas (we had been saving us for the real thing), swapped our motorbikes for bicycles to do a tour of Seville and went to see a Flamenco show at Los Gallos. We were absolutely blown away by it. If I wasn't German and blessed with two left feet I'd nearly take it up my self.
Well, I'm still feeling lazy so I will let the pictures speak for themselves...

Day 1 in Spain and how stereotypical of the Spanish to be greeting us with a protest :)

Sevilla's City Hall - the back of the building is actually far more interesting. No pictures, Google it ;-)
